POSITION SUMMARY
The Integration manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned workstreams throughout the integration lifecycle.  

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with Integration leads to manage the project plan, driving closure on issues and gaps as well as maintaining focus on continuous improvement
  • Execute on critical tool roll and business planning.
  • Stakeholder management, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organization, outward to other internal groups
  • Critically ask key questions to drive the proper changes and actions that will properly transform the elements in the plan
  • Set up and manage plans to ensure smooth integration of systems, processes, and individuals
    • Follow up with stakeholders and ensure deadlines and project plans are being followed
  • Facilitate Execution meetings, take notes, capture action items
  • Participate in the designing and revising of operating process for various technical departments to improve efficiency and functionality as is relates to the acquisition process
  • Collaborate with all functional lanes including, but not limited to, Information Technology, People team, Finance and sales on a regular basis to resolve outstanding action items necessary for a smooth transition within acquisition integration timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent career experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in M&A, preferably in Managed Services
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex large and multidisciplinary programs
  • 5+ years of experience in a managed services leadership role
  • Experience in communicating updates to Executive Leadership as it relates to project status, including risks and benefits
  • Ability to contribute to operational and technical integration design plans.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish objectives in a timely manner
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with all employee levels

  • Strategic view, performs cost-benefit analyses, accurately assesses risk, forecasts both long and short-term outcomes, and evaluates the implications in a complex business environment
  • Set project-related deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitor and track status of all diligence or transactional integration key activities, and summarize progress for reporting out to the leadership team
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the seller, operations, and functional lanes within the organization
  • Maintain attention to detail in documenting the entire project transition process
  • Analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex paradigms
  • Ability to think critically and ask questions collaboratively to achieve
  • Skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations
