POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst will be Finance partner to the business - a trusted liaison with a seat at the leadership table. Will play a role in strategic and operational financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and management of company's financials.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic insights and mitigation strategies for critical business issues supported by financial data
  • Partner with the functional leaders on all financial aspects of their business
  • Assist on complex business decisions identifying financial implications
  • Assist in supporting strategic planning for the business
  • Assist in capital planning and annual budget, including associated presentations and analysis
  • Assist in monthly reporting/forecasting/budgeting processes to track & communicate performance, outlook and risks/opportunities.
  • Assist in development KPI’s and metrics to better inform the business leads and the company
  • Present to key business leaders
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of two years' progressive experience
  • Proven experience in recurring revenue business model
  • Proven track record of financial modeling and analysis
  • Beginning experience establishing and reporting on model driven KPIs
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills including experience analyzing large quantities of data, creating complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis
  • Have a mindset of continuous improvement with a focus on optimization of existing processes
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of work produced
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Experience with NetSuite and FP&A applications
