POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager will oversee all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) updates and changes for the company and work closely with stakeholders, offshore resources, ERP managers and ensure the ERP system and project updates are completed on time.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
  • Work with IT Director to manage costs for projects and/or new implementations.
  • Maintain all documentation related to projects and participate in audits when necessary.
  • Manage Change Control environment for Scantron.
  • Provide all necessary information to Stakeholders for proper decision making.
  • Support training and go-live of any new ERP systems or improvements to existing ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage Steering Committee meetings.
    Management of Staff
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
  • Work closely with ERP team and company stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates to the ERP Systems.
  • Manage the ERP team with several projects consecutively and produce consistent, positive results.
  • Leads the ERP team to ensure a smooth implementation for the life of the project.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of team toward attainment of goals and objectives.
    • Develops staff.
      • Provides advice and guidance to staff regarding client relationships and projects.
      • Identifies developmental and growth opportunities for staff members.
      • Ensures appropriate training is provided to staff.
  • Provides coaching, communication, feedback and completes formal performance appraisals for each assigned staff member.
  • Participates in the selection process for new employees to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Ensures the team develops and grows client relationships to accelerate the company’s vision.
  • Develops and maintains an environment that is optimal for employee productivity, employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Provide consistent clear communication and direction to the operations staff and management.
  • Coordinate with Manager and the People Department to determine appropriate disciplinary actions for performance conduct quality attendance or other actions that are deemed inappropriate or non-productive.
  • Measure and constantly adjust activities to increase productivity and efficiency for staff and processes.
    • Set and achieve key performance measures.
    • Balance resources to workload and provide recommendations to adjust.
    • Perform special projects as needed.
    • Establish and manage significant department budgets and assets for department
    • Develops and implements service goals and objectives and monitors progress.
  • Create cross functional working teams with and without having direct management responsibility for those team members.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Technology
  • 5+ years in ERP project management
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Deep understanding of software development principles and SDLC
  • Excellent design and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • ServiceNow and NetSuite experience
  • PMP certification

  • Sit Frequently at a desk
  • Frequent fine hand and finger movements (keyboard, writing, mouse movement)
  • Continual close visual acuity for reading
  • Hearing and Speaking for communication within and outside of company.
  • May be required to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds for set up/movement of office equipment,
